Return & Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that your jewelry meets your expectations upon arrival. We have taken every precaution to ensure that your items are carefully packaged as to decrease possible damage during transit. Fingerprints will not accept the return of any items unless they were originally faulty. In this case we ask that the item(s) are returned in the same condition received, with the original packaging, within 7 business days. Upon receipt of the merchandise, at the customer's discretion, Fingerprints will either redesign the item(s) and reship it at no cost or refund the cost of the item and return postage.

All refunds will be issued by the same method that was originally used to pay for the items. Refunds will not be extended on items damaged as a result of misuse. (We will be happy to repair any items, however, the customer assumes responsibility of shipping costs and a labor fee is applied.) When returning an item, it is strongly recommended that proof of posting is obtained since Fingerprints will not accept responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit back to us. Shipping

All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (Monday). All orders received prior to 12pm Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. All orders received after 12pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business day.


Liability Waiver

Sterling silver, sterling silver plate, copper, brass, steel and nickel are metals commonly used in our designs. The customer assumes full responsibility in the event any possible allergic reactions occur as a result of the materials used in constructing our jewelry.
